Our Hot Italian sausage is Calabrese style with real paprika, whole fennel and red crushed pepper. Our Sweet Italian sausage is from the Abruzzo region, where my grandfather was born in the town of Sulmona. This is the sausage of our region which contains only salt and coarse ground black pepper.
Ricci's sausage does not contain any additives, preservatives or nitrates and is gluten free.
