Please remember, the items we are shipping are PERISHABLE. In order to provide you with freshly manufactured products, there is a process. When your order is received, the items will be processed and packed FRESH. Once packed, the items will be placed into our freezer until properly frozen for shipment. Therefore, when you receive your items, due to shipping distance, they may be partially thawed; however, you can portion and refreeze since they were packed fresh. Our items do NOT contain additives, nitrates or preservatives therefore you should portion and freeze if you do not plan to serve them within 2 days after delivery.
ALL orders will be shipped 2 day delivery unless you live in a region where orders are received in one day. Therefore, we only ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Your order will be packed in a corrugated shipping container (13” x 15” x 8”) lined with 1” thick Styrofoam with 16oz. frozen gel packs. The cost of the container is $5.00

The Ricci family takes great pride in the processing of our quality food products. In the event you receive items which are damaged, please contact us immediately and we will make every attempt to resolve your issue. Please properly refrigerate and/or freeze all other products which aren’t damaged.
